Sarah Lozano is a family nurse practitioner, board-certified by the American Nurse's Credentialing Center. Sarah graduated from Amarillo College in 2004 and began her nursing career with experience in orthopedics, medical/surgical, wound care, geriatrics, and home care.
She then completed her Master’s of Science in nursing at West Texas A&M University in 2010 and began work as a nurse practitioner in gastroenterology and hepatology.
Sarah's scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and management of common and complex health care problems.
She believes education is key to promote good health and enjoys taking the time to educate all her patients by listening and understanding their particular needs.
